What data we process

• Contact and enquiry data you send us via forms or by email (name, email, telephone, message).
• Order data you send us via WhatsApp, email or form: name, contact details, delivery address and the products you want.
• Technical data when the website is accessed (IP address, date, time, browser), which the hosting provider stores briefly for security and error analysis.

Purpose

We use the data to answer enquiries, process orders, meet legal obligations (e.g. retention of accounting records) and operate the website securely.

Disclosure and processors

We only disclose data to the extent necessary for the purposes stated:

• Website hosting (Vercel Inc., USA – data transfer based on standard contractual clauses).
• WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Ltd.), if you contact us via WhatsApp – WhatsApp's privacy policy also applies.
• Shipping (Swiss Post Ltd).
• Sending form messages by email via our email provider.

Cookies and analytics

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Retention

We delete enquiries as soon as they have been dealt with, at the latest after two years. We retain order and accounting data for the statutory period of ten years.

Your rights

You can request information about your data and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Write to info@zetaswiss.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
