Detailed instructions

Who the Feuertube is for

  • Terrace and garden

For evenings that should last longer: the Feuertube stands beside the table or lounge and its flame becomes the centrepiece.

  • Lakeside and chalet

Where it gets cool in the evening by the water or in the mountains, it brings warmth and light – with no power or gas connection.

  • Hospitality

For restaurants, bars and hotels that want to use their terrace for longer. We quote by quantity.

  • No gas bottle

No bottles to buy, swap and store: the Feuertube burns wood pellets only.

Two versions

Stainless or black.

Firetube Premium is made of rust-free stainless steel, with a stainless-steel hat and a wheeled base. Firetube Classic is powder-coated steel in black, with stainless-steel handles – in the evening it fades into the dark and only the flame remains.

The right spot

  • Outdoors only – on a terrace, in the garden or a restaurant terrace, not under a roof.
  • Level, firm ground; lock the castors with the brake.
  • Keep clear of flammable materials such as parasols, awnings, cushions and plants.
  • Sheltered from wind if possible: strong gusts can blow the flame out.
  • Protect from rain and dew – even when it is not burning.

Care

  • Empty the ash drawer every 5–6 hours of use.
  • If the flame drops, move the grate by its handle left and right – do not pull it out.
  • Clean the glass tube only when cold: damp cloth over a soft surface, or degreaser and water.
  • Store pellets dry – damp pellets burn poorly.

FAQ

Quick answers.

All questions
How long does the Feuertube burn on one fill?

The tank holds 3 kg of pellets, which lasts around two hours on average. You can top up at any time while it is burning.

How do I adjust the flame height?

With the ventilation grille at the back: open, the flame rises to the hat; closed, it drops to about half height.

Can the Feuertube be left out in the rain?

No. Protect it from rain and dew both in use and when idle. Do not use it in the rain; when idle, use a cover or roll it to a dry spot.
